At the moment, international delivery from Russia is working well, the delivery speed is almost the same as in the period before the military operation. The Russian Post reports that it is a humanitarian organization, so it has found ways to deliver to countries where there are no direct flights with Russia. Therefore, we continue to deliver goods to the USA, Canada, most European countries, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot ship from Russia to the following countries now:
Finland, Denmark, Poland, Australia. If you are from one of these countries and really need our goods, we can ship through another country, but the shipping price will be 2 times higher than the cost of shipping from Russia.
Payment in may 2022
In the current conditions, we can only accept payments in cryptocurrency. This method is perfectly worked out by us. For some clients, it is new, so it may cause confusion, but practice has shown that, after our consultations, the client easily opens an account on a crypto exchange and makes a transfer in cryptocurrency. Usually, each country has its own algorithm for opening an account – we tell our clients about it.
All the payment methods familiar to us and to you, dear customers, are not working now. We can't use PayPal, wise.com .
In rare cases, we can use a direct bank transfer to an account in Euros or dollars in Russia, this method works for most cases, but it is very unprofitable for us due to very poor exchange rates in Russian banks.
